“It's double dutch to me,” she said
With half a laugh upon her lips,
I sat thinking, trying to find
An easier way to explain.
“It's like an oscillating gyroscope,”
I ventured, but in vain,
She had obviously never heard of either

You've been getting in too deep,
You've been doing that midnight creep,
Always talking in your sleep,
Where the dream maker stands
With sand in his hands

Why don't you try a different scene?
Try reading a different magazine.
The future's not in your way,
It's the only valid reason
For getting through today.

8. Double Dutch
(McGowan) Davy's next sambafunkbluesfolkjazz or how this should be called. Peaceful and short enough to be easy to like. I only would have wished that the guitar was tuned better.. -- Jore

What's wrong with guitar? Sounds fine to my tuneless ears. It's the F#mb5#13aug9 chord that's the problem maybe.....A short little piece about not a lot. -- Davy
